For more than 10 years, I've built enterprise applications, internal platforms and APIs across telecom, healthcare, banking and digital commerce. My work includes six years with Python, contributing to the incremental modernization of a decades-old telecom platform, and helping create a C#/ASP.NET framework that reduced dashboard development time by 60%. I also built a multilingual NLU microservice to help marketplace and e-commerce chatbots interpret common customer questions and automate parts of routine support. My M.Sc. research produced BERT-KenMeSH, which achieved 94% Precision@1, and led to continued work with NLP, embeddings, vector search and RAG.
